Tournament Schedule

Teams will compete according to the official tournament bracket. The top team listed in each matchup is the home team.

Each game will include at least 15 minutes of warm-up time, depending on the length of the preceding match.
If a match concludes early, the next game may begin up to 10 minutes ahead of schedule.

Scorebook, Scorer, and Scoreboard Operators

The higher-seeded team (based on final league standings) is designated as the home team.

• The home team provides the official scorebook and scorer.

• The visiting team provides a qualified scoreboard operator.

Individuals between matches are encouraged to volunteer at the scorer’s table when needed. Visiting teams are welcome to sit at the table; however, in the event of a discrepancy, the official scorebook will serve as the final record.
Please note: children may not sit at the scorer’s table.

Match Format

• Winners Bracket & Championship Matches: Best 3 of 5 sets

• Losers Bracket Matches: Best 2 of 3 sets

• If a second championship match is required: Best 2 of 3 sets

Pre-Game Ceremonies & Awards

The Gold Ball and All-League Awards will be presented on Saturday at approximately 6:00 PM, prior to the championship match. All teams are warmly encouraged to attend.

Each tournament day will open with prayer. Before the championship match, starting lineups will be announced, followed by a patriotic hymn or the national anthem.

The tournament will conclude with the singing of the Doxology, giving thanks to God for the opportunity to compete in a spirit of joy, humility, and excellence.
