Saturday Afternoon: Games to determine final placement, including Championship, at The Oaks

 

Tournament Format: The tournament format is pool play, followed by games to determine final placement rank.  Every team has three games in pool play.  Teams will need to transition from one game to the next quickly in order to maintain the tournament schedule.  Final placement in each pool will play the equivalent placement in the other pool (i.e. 4A vs 4B, 3A vs 3B etc.) Game lengths and other modifications are listed after the schedule.

 

Modified for shortened games for JV Tournament: Pool Play games only:

Two 12 minute halves with 8 minute intermission

4th personal foul = player fouls out

6th team foul per half = bonus, 9th per half = double bonus

4 time-outs per game: 2 full & 2 30-second

No overtime for pool play games: tie remains a tie

 

Saturday Afternoon: Placement and Trophy games only:

No modifications other than game time.

 

Trophies will be awarded to the top three teams and team sportsmanship recipient.
